Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 24, 2026

This policy explains what personal information Curated Classics AI ("we") handles on this website and why. We collect as little as possible: there are no accounts, no advertising trackers and no analytics cookies. Operator: [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], British Columbia, Canada.

Browsing and downloads. The Site is hosted on Cloudflare (Pages, Workers, D1 and R2), which processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and request logs to deliver and secure the Site. We do not use this data to identify you or build profiles.

Room photo on "Match your room". The photo you choose is analysed entirely inside your browser to read its colours. It is never uploaded to us or anyone else, and it is gone when you close the page.

Taste description. If you type a description of your taste, that text is sent to Cloudflare Workers AI to turn it into colour and subject filters. Cloudflare states that it does not keep these prompts after answering and does not use them to train AI models. We do not store the text. Please don't include personal details.

"Curated by" collections. If you publish a collection, we store its title, the works you picked, your explanation and the optional name or nickname you enter, and we show them publicly. Do not include emails, phone numbers or links; our filters reject them. To limit spam we keep a one-way, daily-changing hash of your IP address for up to one day; we never store the IP address itself. You can ask us to delete your collection.

Business (B2B) enquiry form. If you request a pilot or quote, we store your business name, your name, work email, city, number of screens and message, and use them only to answer your request and follow up about it. We keep enquiries for up to 24 months unless you become a customer or ask us to delete them sooner.

Sharing. We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only with service providers that run the Site for us (Cloudflare), or when the law requires it. Cloudflare may process data outside Canada, including in the United States.

Your rights. You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or withdraw consent, by writing to [CONTACT EMAIL]. You can also complain to the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner for British Columbia.

Changes. We will post any update on this page with a new effective date. This policy is written in English; if a translation differs, the English version prevails.
